The Inverness Ridge Association (IRA) and the Paradise Ranch Estates Road Advisory Board (PRERAB)

IRA is a neighborhood association for the homeowners and residents of the Paradise Ranch Estates subdivision accessed by way of Drakes View Drive. IRA serves as both a service and a social organization. As a service organization, IRA, either directly or through liaison with federal and local government entities, engages in matters directly affecting the safety and well-being of PRE residents.

Paradise Ranch Estates Road Advisory Board (PRERAB) was originally established by Marin County. It is a volunteer group of PRE residents and owners. PRERAB works with the Marin County Department of Public Works recommending work necessary to repair and maintain the roads in PRE and the vegetation along them. For more information about PRERAB see Roads. (Click Here)

Spring Social Event June 27, 2026

Join your neighbors at the home of Barbara Jay, 100 Douglas, starting at 10 a.m. This is a potluck. The Inverness Ridge Association Board will provide plates, cups, eating utensils, coffee, water, and juice. Bring your favorite main dish, side dish, or dessert, and wine or beer if you would like to consume these.

Note: Douglas is currently closed at Drakes View Drive due to hazardous road conditions. Please do not attempt to drive on Douglas but rather approach Barbara Jay’s house via Sunnyside. If you have never driven this route, this will be a learning opportunity and signs will be posted at strategic intersections to help you find your way. Board members will be stationed to help with parking and carpooling is encouraged.

How can I stay informed on neighborhood issues?

  • Neighborhood updates: IRA sends out monthly updates to all PRE residents. To receive these updates and any other important PRE community information, please make sure the IRA Directory Coordinator has your latest contact information by sending it to DIRECTORYPRE@GMAIL.COM . For past monthly updates click here.

  • Check out the minutes for the IRA Board meetings and for PRERAB meetings.

  • Annual meeting: There is an annual “general meeting” of IRA, for all residents. The event is either in person or by Zoom. This year’s meetings start at about the 1 hour mark. Passcode is g462r&B= IRA Annual General meeting Jan 2026

  • Volunteering: We really need some more volunteers to take part in the IRA Board or PRERAB. Contact Leah Light, at Leah_Light@pitzer.edu for the IRA Board or send messages for PRERAB to roadboardpre@gmail.com.
